🗣🗣 Word of advice as we learned the hard way, NEVER RENT YOUR PROPERTIES OUT TO FAMILY! No matter how many times they cry or beg. This was our first and last experience renting out to family 🙄 Family will do you the WORST! Y’all don’t understand how hurt I was, we exhausted all of our liquid assets at the time to close on this property, just for them to turn around and treat it like trash. On top of it all, they stole the washer and dryer. After paying over 6k to get the entire home repainted and fixed, the contractor we hired ghosted us after his work needed adjustments. 🗣🗣DO NOT HIRE ALEX SERRATOS Being a landlord is not for the weak and not all peaches and roses unfortunately.
