#BLPnews 💔 via blackinformationnetwork Philadelphia Police are searching for a 23-year-old Black woman who has been missing for nearly a week.
Kada Scott, 23, was last seen at roughly 9:45 p.m. on Saturday (October 4) after leaving her job at The Terrace at Chestnut Hill, an assisted living facility in northwest Philadelphia. Scott’s car was found still parked at the facility.
Since her disappearance, there has been no activity on Scott’s phone or social media.
Investigators are looking into reports that Scott had been receiving suspicious phone calls in the days leading up to her disappearance.
Scott’s parents, Kevin Scott and Kim Matthews, said the situation is completely out of character for their daughter, a Penn State graduate.
“We fear that she’s not safe,” Matthews told CBS News.
Scott is described as 5’6”, 120 pounds, with a thin build, brown eyes, and black hair, according to police.
