Kayakers brought out the paddles on Sunday as flooding took over streets in Avalon, New Jersey. A coastal storm has brought gusty winds, coastal flooding and bands of showers down the shore. The next round of high tide will arrive in the mid-to-late afternoon, between 1 and 2 p.m. on Monday.
