My second baby (documentary), As We Rise: 25 Years of the WNBA, will air in one week, May 14th at 7pm ET on NBA TV. I’ve been working hard on this project for months and I couldn’t be more excited for the premier of this documentary that will commemorate 25 years of the WNBA and celebrate some women’s basketball pioneers. We interviewed over 30 WNBA past and present legends, executives, broadcasters, writers to give their prospective on the league and celebrate 25 years! We had to overcome soooo many obstacles and I swear, I literally put my blood, sweat and tears into this project (Lol) and now we are one week away from the premier of the second documentary that I’ve lead produced!
