France’s Paris 15E has officially designated November 22 as Kimchi Day — marking the first-ever recognition of its kind by a local government within the EU. 🇫🇷🇰🇷🥬 The milestone was led by Korean food company Daesang (daesang_news), which has been championing kimchi’s global recognition.
