It’s one thing to be imperfect as we all certainly are. But it is an entirely different thing for my wife to feel underloved, underappreciated, misunderstood, and neglected mentally because of my lack of awareness, commitment, or ability to simply slow down to listen and serve her needs. My contribution to my wife’s joy is sincere, consistent, abundant, and forever. That’s how God intended me to be.
