Love is not this perfect thing as it is so often glorified to be. Love is a series of quality decisions that are made every day - ‘til the wheels fall off, the sun burns out. Prayer is never the last resort it’s the first response. Pray for, and over each other radically, especially in the highest of times to beat back the lows. She’s my boss and I’m hers. We worked for years to be able to roll over and have to only ask each other for the day off. Whether you like the idea of that or whatever vision you have - work on it, for each other, every day. We believe everything rises and falls on servitude. Imagine competing to out-serve one another. Protect physically? No doubt! But more often than not we are choosing to protect each other’s peace.
