Organizers of the World Naked Bike Ride, along with several local activist groups, have planned a clothing optional ‘emergency’ demonstration in Portland this Sunday. The ride is set for Sunday, Oct. 12, beginning at 3 p.m., with participants gathering at the Oregon Convention Center Plaza.
