We came to Universal during the day and had no idea Horror Nights was happening that night… which means that we were not prepared 🥲 Here’s what I wish I knew before going: 🎟️ Get the After 2 PM Day/Night ticket: it lets you explore the park during the day and stay for Horror Nights. ⏰ Add Early Access for about $15 extra: you can enter select haunted houses as early as 5:30 PM before the main event starts at 7. 📱 Download the Universal Studios app: to check house wait times (not all houses open at the same time). 👻 Expect long waits for popular houses like Five Nights at Freddy’s and Terrifier — some can reach up to 3 hours. 🚎 Terror Tram closes around 11:15 PM — make it one of your first stops. ⚡️ After 11 PM, there’s sometimes a discounted Express Pass that saves a ton of time. 🧥 Bring a sweater!
