I was honoured to meet the Prime Minister of 🇨🇦 Canada, Mark Carney, in Ottawa to discuss preparations for next year’s FIFA World Cup and thank him for his support as his nation co-hosts and unites the world at sport’s biggest celebration. 🤝 markjcarney is a football fan and we share the same vision for our beautiful game. Football has the power to build bridges and can be a tool for good in society. We also spoke about the major economic upside of the 2026 fifaworldcup and how we can collaborate to positive impact local communities.
