The last couple months have been nonstop…between travel, events and a sporadic workout routine but I’m finally staying put and locking back in.
Here’s the exact plan I’m following to lean out in 6 weeks:
✨ Clean, whole foods (not restricting)
✨ Strength training + a little Pilates to balance
✨ Steady state cardio + daily steps
✨ Sauna, sleep & hydration for recovery
No extremes. Just structure, discipline & showing up for myself.
