Not only do I find their food delicious, but there is a sense of nostalgia here. My very first big girl job was working for Quaintance Weaver and we would get Green Valley Grill once a week. It was my first taste of fine dining and opened my palate to new flavors and unique dishes. Since then, I’ve had many birthday dinners, wedding celebrations, holiday dinners, etc at Green Valley Grill. The pecan crusted trout and parm crusted chicken will always be a must.
