🤔 Is this paint job worth it? 💙 Bentley has introduced a new $68,000 “Ombré by Mulliner” paint option for the Flying Spur, making it the first four-door sedan to feature a factory color-fade finish.
The process takes around 60 hours of meticulous hand-spraying and blending by two Mulliner artisans to achieve a seamless gradient between two hues.
The debut car, shown at the Southampton International Boat Show, features a Topaz Blue to Windsor Blue fade, with two other combinations available at launch.
Each Ombré finish is unique due to the way pigments react during blending, ensuring no two cars are exactly alike.
Beyond its high cost, the paint exemplifies Bentley’s commitment to craftsmanship, exclusivity, and modern coachbuilt artistry.
