I love what my gorgeous friend who is also officially a PA 👩🏼‍⚕️🎉Chelsea Lillian has to say about taking Plexus while she is pregnant! So happy for you girl & love being on this journey with YOU!! I had a friend ask me yesterday if I had still been taking Plexus throughout my pregnancy, to which I replied, “ABSOLUTELY!!!” These products have been a life saver and I credit them so much for my super easy pregnancy. I’m 37 weeks tomorrow and I’ve implemented a healthy exercise regimen, decent nutrition, and PLEXUS. I’ve had minimal weight gain (18 pounds at my 35 week appointment), NO swelling, tons of energy, no nausea, no constipation (sorry, but we all know that’s a thing in pregnancy), no heartburn, and NO illnesses (even though I spent pretty much all of my 1st and 2nd trimester in clinics around sick people).
