This Team. This City. This Time. Epic. I freaking love our Roo Marathon Teams so much and they become Roo family for life. I am so honored that they not only want to run for us, but raise much-needed funds for animals with cancer. $77,281 raised (so far) to help our cause. If you have never witnessed people living out their dreams in real time, I highly recommend it. I spend the whole day with tears, so proud of everyone with enough guts to see how far they can push their body. Seeing runners hug their partners, wave to their parents or ugly cry embracing their kids…is just magical. In a world of some much angst and worry…today was a bit of sparkle we really need.
