My thank you post to all of you 🙏 ||| We’re a long ways away from the Yankees playing again. There’s no games and little reactionary chatter that we’ve become accustomed to. Things are a little TOO quiet now and our little love language of complaining about Aaron Boone is on hold. I think a lot about this baseball community, whether it’s on social media, out on these streets, and in and around that stadium on River Avenue in the Bronx, and we all have one thing in common. It’s that great ritual of watching baseball. I’m sure a lot of you are like me; this is our favorite sport, and the others are just here to pass the time before the next season starts, where we’ll get worked up all over again. As far as this community is concerned, I’m incredibly grateful to have reached all of you.
