This swimmer was feeling discomfort during hip thrusts, and after watching her sled march mechanics, we found the issue: ➡ Her right side was hitting clean triple extension ➡ Her left side was collapsing at the hip ➡ That imbalance pointed to underactive left glute engagement In swimmers, triple extension is constant, hips, knees, and ankles all driving.
