Lately I’ve been experimenting with pairing phantomwines with a few of my home cooked meals and the results did not disappoint. 🍷👌🏾 The Phantom Chardonnay paired perfectly with my plate of catfish, collard greens, black eyed peas, and yams. It also complemented my chicken Caesar salad. I slightly switched up the vibes with the Phantom Proprietary Red wine, which paired well with the salmon Caesar salad.
