It has become a Steward tradition that the senior members of the band play together one final time together before graduating. This year, we had the largest class of instrumentalists to ever graduate. Under the direction of MS/US Instrumental Music Teacher John McAlister, 17 seniors performed Yoko Kanno’s “Tank!” This band-favorite tune was originally set to be performed two weeks after spring break 2020, and as we all know, the performance never happened. This live performance has not only captured the musical talent of our seniors, it represents the perseverance of our faculty and students. We are so proud of our senior band members for finishing their time at Steward on a #SpartanStrong note! 🎵
