Today is a monumental day for world peace. A ceasefire has been declared in the Middle East. A ceasefire that means 20 living hostages will be reunited with their families, and that two years of bombings that took thousands of Palestinian and Israeli lives has come to an end. I’ve seen the heartbreak firsthand. And while no single post can capture thousands of years of pain and tension in the Middle East, today we can pause…and celebrate life. Celebrate the hostages returning home. Celebrate the families being reunited. Celebrate the bombing that’s finally stopped.
