BREAKING: Georgia has extended an offer to 2026 legacy LB, Thomas Davis Jr. The 6’2, 205lb lb out of Matthews, North Carolina is the son of former Georgia LB and former NFL vet, Thomas Davis Sr. Davis Sr played LB for the Dawgs from 2002-2004, where he made two first team All-SEC appearances and was then drafted by the Carolina Panthers in the first round of the 2005 NFL draft. Following his first round selection by the Panthers, Thomas Sr would spend 13/15 of his seasons in the league with the Panthers, making 3 pro bowl appearances, one first team All-Pro appearance, and winning the Walter Payton Man of The Year award in 2014.
