🚨 FOX13 INVESTIGATES: Since the launch of the Memphis Safe Task Force, 917 arrests have been made in just 16 days — that’s an average of 57 per day. More than half of those, 531 arrests, were for active warrants or ICE detainers. A closer look shows a mix of violent and non-violent offenders at 201 Poplar. Out of 76 arrests by the Tennessee Highway Patrol, 51 were for non-violent offenses — from traffic violations to probation issues.
