Tonight, Chief of Naval Operations Admiral Daryl Caudle closed out the Navy’s 250th birthday celebration at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts in Philadelphia, the birthplace of our Navy. In honoring two and a half centuries of service, Admiral Caudle highlighted the Navy’s enduring strength through his three priorities: Foundry, Fleet, and Fight — forging resilient Sailors, maintaining a ready and capable Fleet, and sharpening the fight to ensure America’s Navy remains the most powerful maritime force the world has ever known.
