🌜Here’s a tip for your half moon pose and lateral side extension technique: Maintain the body's plumb line from the ears through the shoulders, hips, and down to the heels. In yoga classes, it's often suggested to bring the hips or upper body back to correct excessive curves or kyphosis. However, this can lead to overcorrection, which may cause you to lose the alignment you’re trying to achieve.
☀️ Instead, focus on maintaining a strong plumb line and stacking your heels, hips, shoulders, and head in one straight line from the side. If you lose engagement in your core, this alignment will fall apart.
