21-year-old Keon King, of Southwest Philly is arrested for Kada Scott’s disappearance. He is being charged with kidnapping. Kada is still considered missing and investigators are moving as if she is alive despite homicide’s involvement. He also was charged earlier this year for kidnapping but charges were dropped after victim didn’t show to court. Currently, detectives are searching a Middle School in Germantown after receiving a tip. Police say they found “physical evidence” there.
