Before the team's home opener against the Florida Panthers, the Philadelphia Flyers honored legendary goalie Bernie Parent after he passed away on Sept. 21 at the age of 80. Parent played an integral role in helping the Flyers reach back-to-back Stanley Cup championships in the mid 70s.
