Finally soup season and the viral lasagna soup needs to be on your menu! Super easy to make and the family loved it. Perfect for this time of the year. Here’s everything I used: 2 tbsp olive oil 1 yellow diced onion 1 tsp Italian Seasoning 1 tsp All Purpose Rub 1 tsp dried Oregano ½ tsp red pepper flakes 1 tsp black pepper 3 cloves garlic 2 tbsp tomato paste ½ pound Italian sausage ½ pound ground beef 24oz marinera sauce 5-6 cups beef stock ½ pound lasagna pasta, broken up ¼ cup heavy cream Shredded mozzarella, parmesan, and fresh basil Be sure to check for salt as you go and add if needed.
