The court has officially ruled that former ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin did engage in workplace bullying. Last year, an employee identified as “A” filed a complaint, claiming Min’s verbal abuse caused serious mental distress. After investigating, the Seoul Employment and Labor Office determined that some of Min’s remarks could cause both physical and psychological harm and worsen the working environment — classifying it as workplace harassment under the Labor Standards Act. As a result, Min was fined, but she later filed a lawsuit to challenge the decision. Today, however, the court dismissed her appeal, confirming the previous ruling and finalizing the penalty.
