A Texas police officer rescued a 21-year-old woman after she crashed her car into a concrete barrier on a highway and was stuck inside as it burned. Mesquite Police Department Officer Tyler Ingram was on patrol when his dashcam caught the moment of the collision and circled around to pull her out as her vehicle was engulfed in flames. The driver, identified as Jacqueline Tenorio, is expected to make a recovery. She was charged with driving while intoxicated. #mesquite #texas
