Today is my Book Birthday. 🥹 The Korean Vegan HOMEMADE is now out in the world. My thoughts have turned repeatedly to that day on the kitchen floor. Because every single day since that moment, I’ve wanted to prove to my mother that her faith in me was worth it. I’ve realized, though, that sometimes, a little magic and a little help can make all the difference in the world. I’ve pondered the question “But who is the fairy godmother in my life?” for four years.
