With more than a decade of field experience, Alex started his construction career doing hands-on work and steadily rose through the ranks thanks to his drive, flexibility, and leadership. Now, he's helping guide complex builds from the ground up—coordinating trade partners, keeping teams safe, and adapting in real time to keep projects on track. When asked about pursuing a superintendent role, Alex says, “Adaptability and strong personal skills are just as important as technical knowledge.
