Volunteer of the Year: Bill Williams An absolute rockstar, we need Bill Williams and people that are like him to be a part of our rodeo for it to be successful. One of the hardest-working people you could ever meet, he's single-handedly done more for our rodeo grounds to keep them looking clean and sharp than arguably anyone else. From turning on the sprinklers to turning them off, mowing the grass, and other general year-round maintenance to keep the facilities to its legendary picturesque standard, Bill does it all!
