Happy International Women’s Day! The 2025 theme is #AccelerateAction which calls for action to achieve gender equality. No one quite fits that theme like the American Cowgirl! Did you know that the women’s rights movement in America started with cowgirls who had headed west with their husbands and families? When they lost their spouses on the western frontier, they challenged the status quo of the time, demanding to be able to own their land and cattle, as well as have a voting say in the governing fractions! Cowgirls continue to push the envelope today in everything they do and we couldn’t be more supportive of them!
