Biggest wins for me happen off the field now. I’ve won championships. I’ve competed in my younger days but my brand and business is now built on making sure the next generation gets these opps. While watching a few young men that i had a minimal impact on compete last night i got the news that another young man currently at Mandarin University has an opportunity to go to a school originally not on his radar. When i tell you how much the coaches lit up talking about this kid, how do we get him there? Does he have the money? Does he have appropriate clothing? What size Mandarin polo you wear? Can we get it to him? This is a kid who had little prospects and broke down in tears in the middle of our spring game when he got his first D2 offer. I want to stress this and i cannot stress it enough. My running blacks here this often because i need them to realize that it’s definitely not about the money for most of us.
