I was introduced to modernfertility by a friend who wanted to know if I’d taken the hormone test yet. At first I thought, why would I need that? I already have kids, then she said, “But what if you want more kids? What about your thyroid health?” It really made me think. I’m about to turn 30 and I should be more proactive about knowing what’s going on in my body, especially since thyroid issues run in my family.
