Blackened Shrimp:
1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined (size 16/20)
3 tbls oil/ divided (any neutral oil works)
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
