When the weather starts to warm up, this is the type of thing that I want to eat every day! I made this gorgeous Shrimp Bowl with Pineapple Salsa using Naked Shrimp that I buy at my local @bigyfoods supermarket! And I look for this shrimp because it’s 4-Star BAP (short for Best Aquaculture Practices) certified and completely chemical free. The @bapcertification label is how I know that the shrimp is responsibly and ethically sourced so I can feel good about eating it. So make sure that you look for @northcoastseafoods Naked Shrimp the next time you’re shopping at your local Big Y!

Blackened Shrimp Bowl with Pineapple Salsa

Blackened Shrimp:
1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined (size 16/20)
3 tbls oil/ divided (any neutral oil works)
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder 
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp.  salt
1/4 tsp.  black pepper
