Liz MacDonald is our Seaweed Supply Director and has been farming in the Gulf of Maine since 2016, cultivating native mussels, scallops and kelp. She has worked on commercial vessels, in research and industry operations with experience in seaweed nurseries, farming, permitting & logistics.
