Sometimes the simplest things are the most delicious and that is absolutely the case with this treat. Years ago I saw this on the amazing Gayane’s gayanefood feed and since then I’ve travelled to Greece several times myself and have had the opportunity to eat it there many times…. even as recent as last week. And to say I’m obsessed is an understatement.
Wrapping a block of feta in phyllo dough, baking it until soft and golden and then drizzling it with honey is so ridiculously simple and even more delicious! Perfect on a salad or eaten as an appetizer 👌
