In the spring of 2023, these yogurt cups had a viral moment when djblatner posted about them. Soon everyone was making them, including me. When my son asked me to make some yesterday I realized that I never made a reel showing how to assemble them. So that’s what I did today. Using siggisdairy (my favorite yogurt) vanilla yogurt mixed with a heaping tablespoon of natural peanut butter and then topped with some melted dark chocolate. A sprinkle of crushed peanuts and some course Maldon salt finishes it off. Throw it in the freezer for about 15 minutes to chill and set up and you have the most delicious creamy, healthy and high protein treat. . .
