This simple af recipe turns ordinary green beans into something seriously special. Blanch the beans first just for a few minutes, then let them cook in a deliciously flavorful sauce filled with garlic, ginger, sesame oil, soy, sweet chili sauce and sriracha. You may want to make a double batch just to have them in the fridge. That’s how good they are. Oh, and I dare you not to eat them right out of the skillet. . . Sesame Sriracha Soy Green Beans . . 1 pound green beans, trimmed if necessary 2 tbls soy sauce 2 tbls sweet chili sauce 1 1/2 tbls Sriracha 1 tbls sesame oil 2 garlic cloves chopped 1 tbls chopped fresh ginger 1 tbls toasted sesame seeds Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add green beans and blanch for 3 minutes. While the beans cook, fill a large bowl with ice water and set aside. Whisk together the soy sauce, sweet chili sauce and Sriracha.
