I saw this recipe for Baked Italian Cod come up on my explorer page and I knew I was destined to make it because I had everything in the House! It comes from vessys_gourmet_kitchen and it was just delicious! (Vesula is one of my all time favorite follows. She’s pretty incredible) I added some canned artichoke hearts and some chopped up yellow squash to mine so it’s a totally versatile recipe, so use whatever veggies you have to the base.
