One of the most memorable dishes I ate in 2024 was a creamy hummus from 12chairscafe in NYC. It’s topped with a savory ground lamb mixture with mushrooms, pine nuts, and lots of fresh herbs. I literally wanted to lick the bowl clean, but my fear of judgment got the best of me… After constantly daydreaming about each bite, I decided to try and recreate it at home.
