It’s utterly decadent and combines two of my all-time favorite desserts. I promise you, cheesecake is way easier to make than a pie and you’ll get approximately 1 million compliments from dinner guests.

→ Graham cracker crust: graham cracker crumbs (I like cinnamon for this recipe!), sugar, melted butter, kosher salt
→ Cream cheese
→ Light brown sugar
→ Granulated sugar
→ Vanilla extract
→ Ground cinnamon
→ Kosher salt
→ Eggs
→ Heavy cream
→ Sour cream
→ Maple syrup or bourbon
For the pecan pie topping:
→ Pecan halves
→ Light brown sugar
→ Unsalted butter
→ Heavy cream
→ Light corn syrup
→ Bourbon (optional)
→ Pinch of kosher salt
→ Homemade whipped cream
