Before the game, we took time to honour the local First Nations communities. 👏 Chief Wayne Sparrow (Musqueam), Councillor Wilson Williams (Squamish), and Chief Jen Thomas (Tsleil-Waututh) took part in a ceremonial ball drop between Brett Mydske and Matt Hossack. The talented Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh drummers performed the Coast Salish anthem. Michelle Bardach of Squamish Nation performed the Canadian and American anthems.
