The Joffrey Concert Group proudly welcomes Bernard H. Gaddis phillyboy1227_bernard_gaddis as one of the selected choreographers for the 2026 Creative Movers Choreographic Initiative (CMCI)!⁠ ⁠ Bernard began his training at the Philadelphia High School for the Performing Arts before earning scholarships to Pennsylvania Ballet, Dance Theatre of Harlem, Princeton Ballet, and The Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. His career spans performances with Philadanco, The Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Broadway’s The Lion King, and Cirque du Soleil’s Zumanity and Mystère.
