Place graham crackers in a large zip-top bag; crush graham crackers with a rolling pin, rolling over bag until crumbs resemble panko. Stir crushed graham crackers, pecans, and coconut into egg mixture (mixture will be thick). Roll pie crust into an 11- to 12-inch circle. Fit dough into a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate; fold edges under and flute. Pour filling into unbaked pie crust.
