Today's young generation is the largest the world has ever seen. Half of the world's population is under 30 years old. However, young people make up only 2.6% of parliamentarians worldwide and the average age of global leaders is 62. Earlier this year, Botswana’s Minister of Youth and Gender Affairs lesego_chombo shared an inspiring message with us – calling everybody to #ActNow to ensure young people are heard, seen, and given a seat at the table.
