Inspired by their own experiences eating on campus with gluten-free diets, business students Alyssa Pick and Lizzy Dekrell decided to collaborate to create more gluten-free and allergy friendly options at the University of Missouri. The result was Glutique, a curated snack shop aimed at making food shopping simpler for those with special dietary needs.
