This October, our word of the month is Inclusion and Togetherness. We're teaching our young players that differences don't divide us—they make us better. Through celebrating each person's unique strengths, and differences, we're showing kids what it looks like to build community where everyone belongs. When players learn to include others on the field, they carry that value everywhere they go. They become the leaders and they create spaces where everyone feels welcome.
