La PHF et la Force de Montréal ont annoncé le personnel inaugural d'entraîneurs de l’équipe : l’entraîneur-chef Peter Smith, l'entraîneur associé Pierre Alain et l’entraîneure adjointe Katia Clement-Heydra. The PHF along with the Montreal Force have announced the team’s inaugural coaching staff for the 2022-23 season. Head coach Peter Smith will lead the historic group, supported by associate coach Pierre Alain, & assistant coach Katia Clement-Heydra.
